{"id":236,"date":"2024-10-23T08:46:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T06:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leblogateur.fr\/?p=236"},"modified":"2024-10-23T08:46:24","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T06:46:24","slug":"taxe-dhabitation-le-ministre-du-budget-dit-non","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leblogateur.fr\/?p=236","title":{"rendered":"Taxe d&rsquo;habitation : Le ministre du budget dit non"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Des rumeurs parlent d&rsquo;un retour de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation dans l&rsquo;hexagone, apr\u00e8s un retrait le 1er Janvier 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Vot\u00e9  la majorit\u00e9, le retrait de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation pour tous les contributeurs fran\u00e7ais est entr\u00e9 en vigueur d\u00e8s le 1er Janvier 2023.<br>Depuis quelques jours, une rumeur circule, tendant \u00e0 faire penser \u00e0 un \u00e9ventuel retour de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation, dans le cadre du budget 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invit\u00e9 au journal de 20 heures sur France2, le ministre du budget, Laurent Saint-Martin, a tenu \u00e0 clarifier la chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est totalement oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 un retour de la taxe d&rsquo;habitation, tout comme la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouvel imp\u00f4t local ou une augmentation de la fiscalit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;assurance-vie.<br>Pour le ministre du budget, \u00e7a serait un r\u00e9trop\u00e9dalage, car la suppression de cette taxe a permis de rendre ~20 milliards de pouvoir d&rsquo;achat aux fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurent Saint-Martin souhaitait n\u00e9anmoins temporiser, en indiquant que les collectivit\u00e9s locales \u00e9taient en droit de soulever la question sur la fiscalit\u00e9 locale, qui leur est propre, \u00e9tant convaincu que \u00e7a ne devrait pas conduire \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un nouvel imp\u00f4t local, ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9introduction de la taxe habitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, Laurent Saint-Martin a exprim\u00e9 sa d\u00e9sapprobation quant \u00e0 une augmentation des droits de succession, ou une augmentation des plus-values sur la vente d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sidence principale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laurent Saint-Martin, ministre du budget, dit non \u00e0 un retour de la taxe habitation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":237,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pmpro_default_level":"","footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false},"version":2},"_share_on_mastodon":"0"},"categories":[6],"tags":[77,76,78,22,79,24],"class_list":["post-236","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-finances","tag-budget","tag-habitation","tag-laurent","tag-leblogateur","tag-saint-martin","tag-taxe","pmpro-has-access"],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"share_on_mastodon":{"url":"https:\/\/mastodon.abhd.fr\/@leblogateur\/113355389881476458","error":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.6 -
